A: The Semper Clean 20‑Pt Inspection ($350) checks your pool from top to bottom — surfaces, equipment, plumbing you can see — and gives you a clear report of what’s working and what needs attention.
The Inspection + SCUBA Leak Detection ($600) includes everything in the 20‑Pt inspection plus underwater leak detection, pressure testing, and dye testing. It finds leaks you can’t see and pinpoints them so repairs cost less.
Q: Do I need leak detection if I don’t see water loss?
A: Usually, no. Most homeowners only need the 20‑Pt Inspection. Leak detection is best if you notice dropping water levels, wet spots, bubbles, or high water bills. It finds hidden leaks early before they cause bigger problems.
Q: How long does the inspection take?
A: Most inspections take 60–90 minutes, depending on pool size and complexity. Leak detection inspections can take a bit longer because of the extra testing and underwater checks.
